All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Rouse Hill (NW Sydney) without delay.
As a general guide, if you live in a metro area, it will usually take a few days to be delivered.
For Country areas add a few more days and for remote areas add another few. We use Australia Post for our deliveries as they have proved to be the most reliable.
If you need it delivered urgently, please choose the express post option. Those order go to the front of the queue and we do our very best to get it out the door the same day if we receive your order by 12pm (the driver picks up at 1pm)
Louise is our warehouse manager and she does a brilliant job at keeping the large numbers of orders going out every day. You will receive a tracking number by email once the warehouse has packed yours and is awaiting pickup by Australia Post.
