I was ready to purchase when I called Mark but he took a couple or three days to respond so I created a makeshift cover in the interim and then was advised by Mark that your free shipping offer had been discontinued and the bulk purchase offer had gone. I was willing to spend over $1000 with you and was put off by this. Try get your products into Bunnings or Mitre10 so that your ad spend will be reduced considerably. You’ll be visible to more customers and will grow organically as a result. I still need to lurchase a couple of products from you and will do shortly. Good luck, don’t give up and look for alternate channels of distribution, perhaps. All the best.
