*Free Shipping offer Fair Use Policy - We are trialing a free shipping offer for orders over $30.
With Australia being such a large continent, sometimes shipping costs will be prohibitive and even cost more than the order itself. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order when the actual shipping cost is going to be excessive.
As an example
✅Order value $100 and shipping cost of up to $30 we will cover.
❌Order value $100 and shipping cost of $60 would be excessive and not viable for us to ship.
An order going to a remote area that contains heavy, but low cost items like bags of fertiliser, will be excessively expensive and we will need to cancel and refund that order.
We hope that customers will both understand this position and also do their part by ordering a reasonable amount of products to make the free shipping a fair exchange. In the checkout, below the Free Shipping, you will find the actual shipping cost we have to pay either Auspost or Startrack.
In most cases the shipping will be free and the order will be sent to you very promptly.

Shipping Cost
Auspost and Startrack do all our deliveries as they have proved to be the most reliable.
Rates are calculated as a direct quote by Auspost/Startrack in the checkout based on the weight of your order and distance to travel. We charge shipping at cost price rather than inflate our product prices to hide it.
Please note that Startrack can't deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your delivery cost is on the high side with a P.O. Box via Auspost, try adding your street address so you can see Startracks rates as well. Sometimes they come in cheaper for heavier orders.
Delivery timeframe
All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Glenhaven (NW Sydney) without delay* and shipping can take between 3-10 days depending on your location.
Metro Area deliveries are usually within 2-4 days.
You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Safe Drop or Signature Required
We are now sending lower value orders out with safe drop allowed, to make it more convenient for our customers. Higher value orders we require a signature so that it doesn't go missing.
Urgent Deliveries
If you need it urgently, please choose Express Post. This will move you to the front of the packing queue and we will do our best to get it out the door the same day or the next.
*delays may occur when we have a large influx of orders but this is the exception and most of the time your order is packed the same day (or the following) and on its way.
Can locals pickup from the warehouse?
Unfortunately not. Our new mega warehouse is in a secure gated complex and the owners have strictly requested that we don't have any public access to the warehouse. We have to abide by those rules.
