We pack orders 5 days a week from 8.30 am till 4.30 pm working fast to get them out the door.
Occasionally we will have an item run out of stock and it may take a few days or more to get the new stock in. Generally, if there is going to be a longer delay than that, we will get in contact with you and ask if you are happy to wait or if you would prefer to have a refund.
