Hi Team,

Thank you for all your hard work. I was happy that I found your website. You have good products and I had made a few purchases. I remember I was having trouble choosing the size of one of your products. I decided to call and the customer service was fabulous. I had a thought at that moment “is this Aussie Garden? “
Wishing all of you the best and keep up the team work.

Hi family. As a long time customer I am feeling for you. I have stocked up over the years & have bought gifts for family members to support your fabulous business. I will do a stocktake of my garden cupboard in the hopes I’m in need of something or stash it away for another giving gift.
Thank you for reaching out, that is a tough task.
Our family business has been plodding along for over 50 years of ups & downs. I sincerely wish for the tables to turn up for you soon. Take care & look forward to seeing & hearing from you all again in the near future.

I am so sorry to hear of your current situation with the business and admire you so much for being honest and open with your customer base. I have always been grateful for the genuine interactions I have had with you – and impressed with the quality of your products and supporting videos. I also like purchasing from a family based and run Australian company and hope that you will be able to continue on into the future. I will take a look now at the website.

I’m very disappointed to hear this news. Good luck with the email. I’ll get on and order something today. Best wishes, Nickie.

I’m so sorry to hear this news. As a gardener and purchaser from Aussie Gardener gardening has become a very expense hobby, passion and joy for most. Let’s face it gardening has become only for a few and as much as all the garden shows that I watch and make out and encourage people to get into gardening, it’s not cheap. I’m finding myself putting off buying until I have to. This cost of living is biting and biting hard and yes Bunnings doesn’t help but they are not that cheap anymore either. I will definitely check out your website and try to do my bit and I hope it all works out for you. Everyone should have the possibility to garden no matter how big or small; it’s good for the soul. Best of luck to you.

I have tbh but I’m one of your mailing list clients who has never bought from you. Just placed my first order. I wish your family all the very best and hope some of your other 80,000 plus clients can purchase as well

Hey, Hang on as long as possible. Dump fb at least; hopefully that will keep you going.
Your products are WORTH IT!! I’m away from home currently, but will be back in 2 days. I’ll check out our gear and see where we can help. You may know that tough times are nearly upon us, but there will come an upsurge in the need for home grown food. I mean a GREAT UPSURGE in required domestic food gardens, and the need for bees and hives. Pls concentrate on ALL the tools, knowledge video’s and seeds support for home use. Just imagine for a few moments all the ‘stuff’ a home gardener new to the need for home growing will require, and see if there is a shortage of supply or will be in the near future, and find a way to fill that need. We don’t need Rolls Royce tools, just those that will do the job for say 5-8 years. The world will have changed so much by then, and we may not be around then.
Do you need a Short Term Plan that will get you through the next year, giving you time to assess the effects of leaving fb? Don’t give up. Graham
