I have bought quite a lot of items from you “Aussie Gardener”. I had endlessly hours of enjoyment using every single item. They are genuinely good & durable. I also have chatted to you through emails & had very good advice on whatever I had to do. Thorough professional advice.
Any chance you could put yourselves forward through “Garden Guru”, “Gardening Australia” or even “Better home & gardens” just a thought
I certainly hope you don’t have to end up closing Aussie Gardener. It would be a dissapointment.
Wishing you all the very best.

Sorry to hear of your financial issues. I have really had positive experiences of purchasing from you. I think I found you during COVID! Your videos are amazing.

So sorry you guys are doing it tough. Love all your products. Heading ti the website now…

I was so happy to discover your website not so long ago and so put in an order almost straight away. I love the tone of your business and the products and information you offer. I very much hope there is a surge of support from your customer base, I have future gardening plans for this coming spring and very much want your business around to buy as I need. In the mean time, I will order some of these items now. I wish I was in a position to buy much more but, alas, there are not enough zeros on the numbers in my bank account balance. (Funny what a difference those tiny little circles make to our lives). However, though limited, I will do what I can and look forward to buying more in the near future. All the very best….and stay optimistic.

Just leave fb and Google. Surely you can cut your costs and still reach your existing customers and also get new ones.
I have bought several of your products this year.
All the best.

What a great video. I am one of those stalkers because I am such a dreadful gardener but I have been thinking about the no kink hose for a while now, so I will head straight to the website and order!

The ability to grow bug free plants is awesome and only this co has made it easy for Aussies to do so. With quality products and top customer service. Small businesses are going under at unprecedented rates in a tough environment with increasing Big Brother interference. Even huge franchises are affected. Can I appeal o all loyal customers to help by supporting and telling others about this company so we can enjoy our common interest in gardening for many years to come?

Hi, so sorry to hear about your financial position. I would very strongly suggest to cut advertising fully right now, as fb and Google are run by AI and are not community orientated, therefore appealing to “humanity” does not make sense. Will emails with offers and reminders of your wares do for the time being? For me that is all I need. It is my knowing that many people are leaving fb for obvious reasons.
I am so glad that I found your company and have spent a fair amount to gather items to use in my garden for food production and plants in general. I appreciate the quality which is hard to find these days. Having read other entries it seems that we are mostly “the oldies” (I am also in my late 70s), who appreciate your services. Maybe there are other ways to alleviate your situation, like finding a sponsor, creating a co-op, invite people to join your company). In my opinion, in these uncertain financial times getting rid of debt is a priority. You have my support and I will always buy from your company as long as you are there.

Are you still selling your garlic seeds

Jacqui B - May 18, 2025

Ditch the FB…. so many people just don’t use it anymore and also very expensive marketing dollars too.
I’ve bought quite a few things over the years as well and have been very impressed with the quality and service.
Just a thought…. come down to Canberra during Floriade or the Melbourne garden show and have some classes or advice stands… that might be better use of your marketing money. Bring along smaller gardening items to sell on the day.
Could you offer a service for planning out garden beds based on photos people could send in. You’ve probably got all this planned already- just need the cash flow 😀
