Hi, For many months now, I have been worried about the number of AG ads coming online. Your video confirms my suspicions. You provide great products. Cut the advertising, and hopefully this video will get some regular buyer support to keep you afloat, perhaps with a refreshed business model.

Love your products (and the personal comments in my packages). I live in WA and we don’t have anything like yor store over here so I will purchase again. Just nothing too heavy or the postage ends up more than the product! I wish I could drop into your store and see it for myself!!
Get out of facebook – it’s a waste. I don’t even use it anymore. Do what you are doing with your followers by email, text etc. It’s much more personal anyway. I will continue to recommend you to others! Best of luck & kind wishes xxx

So sorry to hear that things are so tough at the moment. I was stunned to learn that Facebook etc take such a huge wack from your profits! It’s great to have such a genuine business for reliable gardening products and I have be happy with the purchases I have made. I remember seeing your hose connector fittings on “The Inventors” on the ABC many years ago. I hope you get over this glitch. All the best for your future (and may you never be beaten but the Big B or online advertising costs.

Sorry to hear things are tough! Working in digital marketing, my tip would be to stop doing Facebook marketing and pause Google for now. You have a strong client base (email), and I would be driving that. And I will pop online and see if there is anything I need :) All the best!
