Brian, team, I first came into contact with your business with a power planter and what I bought and received was a product that did what it said and lasted. As a consumer, that’s fantastic and have no hesitation in talking about Aussie gardener. But for you, sellign quality products that last, means I don’;t need to throw it out and slowly I have added to my home garden. I am sorry tos ay, do not need to buy more products at this time, but do wish you come through this crisis and can keep trading. Rest assured if I need more supplies I will return.. Best wishes

Sorry to hear what you are going through at the moment. I think I have bought 4 different products from you over the last couple of years and all have been great, with prompt service and delivery. Will check out your website as I am sure there is something else I need for my small garden! Best wishes.

So so sad. I absolutely love Aussie Gardener. I even have an apron at the front and back door! I have enjoyed all the support especially when I was customizing my frames. My veggie beds are done to your specifications. My next big purchase was to be the hose. I guess I’m bringing it forward. Like now!
Thanks for all your work love you to bits

Every product I have purchased from Aussie Gardener has been amazing, superb quality and does what it claims to do. In fact everything I’ve seen (from your tutorials) and experienced has a customer makes ordering with you a delight- from fast delivery even down to the hand written note & smiley face on my receipt. I love you guys and want to see you stay put. Will be making more purchases for sure. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know!

So sorry to hear of your struggles I am in the process of trying to change houses at the moment so having to put everything on hold until the move is completed about a month until settlement if all goes well so have been putting off ordering anything until I move so I don’t have to move more than the 54 years worth of stuff I have accumulated 😱 . Hopefully you guys will still be there when all is settled so I can put in the order I have been holding off on

I can relate to EVERYTHING you are going through. As a sole trader of a small business in the Adelaide Hills. With social media, we take one step forward and 7 steps back. I sooooo over big companies selling shitty products with no customer service what so EVER.
I’ll see what I can scrape together to help out a true blue Aussie family continue to conduct their business the good old fashioned way.
Have you thought about adding a go fund me pages and maybe linking some of the funds for community projects.
All the best.

Lets buy some stuff.
