Love you guys products. Love your emails too and for me that is saying something. I will make a purchase however I would love to hear (and pray ) that you find some way to not be paying 40% of your profit to google ect. That feels to me like I am supporting rich media guys instead of those who put in the ground work. I have been in small business myself and I have a son in small business and I know what a fine line it can be. Good luck and God bless.

Brian and team, that’s such a courageous, genuine, heartfelt and inspiring video! I have only made one purchase for a Christmas gift for my dear wife, but we will now certainly both make much more of an effort to purchase directly from you, even though we have a wonderful little local hardware store Down the road which generally serves our needs well. Hate going to the big green shed! Like many who have commented, I would love to see you find ways to free yourselves from many of the advertising costs through The social media platforms. No! This is sad. You are different from all others. Your service, follow-up and advice is unusual in this modern time of anonymity. I have only purchased twice (I think) but always relayed to others my appreciation of the service and packaging. I feel ashamed I never responded to your follow-up and am sorry that the work and love you have put into your business is being eaten by the cost of social media. I will now go to your site and finally buy a power planter that got my attention years ago but couldn’t afford. Thank you for your service and attention to service. Hope this works.

Hi guys,
Sad news indeed Brian. Worse even than the rain and wind here on the mid north coast this week. There is nothing that I really need ATM but just looking out at the deck I seem to be missing two of the screen covers. The wind may have blown them into the bay. I bought three pvc structures, one of each size, so would be able to use three covers for them when this weather clears. Please email costs and I will.place firm order.
