I will genuinely be so sad if Aussie Gardener is no longer available for me to source both information and great quality products. For everything other than gardener products I have to spend days/weeks to research what I want/need, the best quality and most effective item, and then the most reliable company to purchase from. I don’t need to do that with my gardening supplies because you are a one stop shop for information, quality products and reliable and fast delivery. I can just go straight to your store and know I’m getting the best quality for what I need.

I really hope you stop facebook advertising and make more use of your amazing videos through YouTube and your email list. You are fantastic at explaining the quality and benefits of your products through your videos to the point that I have purchased 20 grow bags and 16 pest free covers among other products such as the range of power planters and your 30 meter hose. All within the last month so hopefully this has helped some.

I love to support Aussie small business, and even more so when it is owned by a lovely family such as yours.

Please please find a way to perhaps scale down a little for now, and move forward without the social media advertising.

Being a first time gardener I researched A LOT to find the best way to begin for my small area. I wanted it to be portable and had so much help and kindness shown to me with you guys. I originally started looking in Bunnings and received no help and no variety of choices. That was just a waste of my time. So grateful for your family business and will definitely purchase again, just purchased heaps before!
