Sad to hear of your struggle. Thankyou for your honesty and letting your customers know of this. I haven’t purchased on a regular basis but what I have in the past has been of very good quality. I love watching your how to videos and little tips, they have been very helpful and inspiring. I would love to still continue to receive emails from you guys and hope the future turns around for you and your family business. All the best x

You guys are always awesome and good products. I’m jumping on now for a small shopping spree.

Sorry to hear that your business is struggling. As a bookkeeper, I can tell you that you are not alone! Many businesses are doing it tough right now. But that said I wonder if you have considered a subscription model. You could offer members very special prices and products that the general public can’t access. You could send out a seed package per growing season and a small free gift at the same time. You could have member-only YouTube videos etc. There are many things you could add to a subscription that people would, be happy to purchase, you just need to make it irresistible! I hope this helps you to think outside the square. When the s*%t hits the fan, a business has to pivot – we all learnt that during Covid times. Good luck guys!

I love your garden products and I was saddened to watch the video. I wish I needed something for my garden, but at present I don’t. I have your apron, which is the best I’ve ever owned, also the snail traps are valued in my veggie patch. Thank you for the great products and I do hope things improve for the company.

I was saddened to hear that advertising is costing you so much. That makes it hard to make a profit. I buy from your store several times a year. I have nearly one of everything you sell, and multiples of some things, as it is such good quality. I always check if you have what I need before looking on Amazon.

I am sorry to hear this _ I was just getting into liking what you do. and seeing the great products available and the way you give those gardening sessions to help everyone. I do hope you can keep going and will support if I need anything best of luck Linda

I am sorry to hear the news! I hope all goes well. I agree with other comments, get rid of Facebook and Google, everyone has an email. I haven’t purchased regularly mainly because I may not require anything but what I have purchased has been extremely good quality. I don’t require anything but I will purchase a gift card I can use later.
I wish you all the very best and hope things turn around.

Have made a purchase, I have always valued you. All the best.

Christine Brown - May 19, 2025

Good luck. I will purchase some products. Garden shopping is always my happy place. If you haven’t bought a hose then I encourage you to do so. They also make a great present.
