Sorry to hear of your troubles team! I sincerely hope you get past this as I can’t imagine gardening without you! I appreciate the friendly service, your information and your products which I buy for myself and my family.
I am 77 and have back problems so now finding gardening difficult. I have never bought one of your products I’m not happy with! Your dream hose is the best I’ve ever owned. Thank you and good luck!

So sorry you are having problems. I have been buying small amounts from you for years as I was fed up with trowels etc that bent.
I am 81 and handicapped so can’t do as much as I used to.
I’ve been very happy with all I have purchased and can’t wait to get the beautiful bird house. Glad I put my name down as I knew they would sell quickly and hope to attract some small birds to my garden.

What a sad email to get. I’m sorry you are considering closing down especially as I have only joined you a couple of years ago.
I was considering getting to get some-one to dig a hole but I but the soil auger (think it’s called) I can do it my way, not theirs!

Sorry to hear you are in this position and like others can’t believe how much of your profit goes to Facebook and Google.
I have purchased a power planter👍, apron😍, seed dispenser, Wilcox gardener for weeds amazing , kitchen scissors (great!) and also lately a couple of black net sets which are working fantastically protecting my broccoli and cauliflower from cabbage moths .
All of those products have been great . I am not in the position to purchase for a few months but would like to buy 2 more vege net sets when I can . Hope you are still in business in Aug/Sept 🤞
I agree with above comments it would be good to see a few more videos and you can showcase your wares more. Hoping sales improve for you and better ad strategies come up moving forward.
