So sorry to hear of your problems. It is a hard market these days but advertising through Google and Facebook seems extortionate. I don’t think any of your customers would want to be paying so much to these companies. Isn’t there another way of getting your products out there. You have a good customer base, so is it necessary to use expensive advertising to maintain sales.
Good luck with finding a solution.youve done such an awesome job. Excellent customer service means alot.

So sad to see the BIG USA tech companies make gazillion$ from Google and Facebook adverts. This is crippling Aussie businesses.
The 4corners investigation of Bunnings shows that we are going the same way as USA nurturing GIANT Monopolies instead of encouraging small innovative companies who wish to develop quality products and give honest old-fashioned service. We are so much poorer because of this.
