Sorry to hear about this situation for you. I have purchased a number of products from you and they have all been excellent, and your service likewise! These have all come about via the emails, so as someone else suggested perhaps this is a better way to go as Facebook is of limited help I have found through my own experience. Wish you all the best and I’ll endeavour to make a purchase today. Hoping it helps. Best wishes to you all.

Time for me to purchase something.

Have a think about setting up a TikTok or Instagram profile. Many younger people rent apartments but may find some of your products suitable for balconies. Especially the grow bags for veggies etc. Cost of living etc.
But keep the content turning over to grow views and like/shares/comments etc. Ask them to stitch & share too.

Facebook is considered and “older” market of social media. Many under 30 don’t use it.

Wish you the best of luck.

So sad to hear this. I will be making a purchase. Always happy with your products and mailing service. Best Wishes.

Hi Brian & Family
I have purchased a number of items over the years & have been very impressed with the efficiency & service of your family business.
It is devastating to hear the struggles your having & will check what I need to purchase & place an order or buy something as a gift for someone else.
Good luck in securing the business for the future as it is so important for all small businesses, it’s what keeps this amazing country going. 🙏

I will try to share and support! I buy from you rather than Bunnings! i will certainly do all I can to help. Hope you grow.

I love your store, I am someone who has purchased several times a year and I hope I can continue to into the future. I have the beautiful garden hand tools gift pack, the power planter, apron and potato planter which are all fantastic!! However my favourites are my dream hose (game changer!! So easy to use and pack up) the secateurs which are a good solid build and the silver herb scissors which are above and beyond any scissors I have ever used in my life! Please support these guys, I wish you posted this earlier in the week as I’ve spent my ‘extra’ on camping gear ☹️. I hope next pay is not too late for me to help out 🙏🏻 wishing you all the best.

As Jayne wisely says in previous comment above..

”Please cut your Google and Facebook expenses until you’re back on your feet. Word of mouth is a very powerful sales tool. Be very careful of discounting too much as this cuts your bottom line also. Keep your heads up and we will try and help.”

For me, I’ll be buying more planter bags and I’ll try your non kink hose.

Hi lovely Chapman family, I’m so sorry to hear that things have become so financially difficult for you. You’re doing an amazing job with your business & I really don’t want you to go under.
I haven’t bought anything from you since Christmas as I’m now renting & finding I have to watch my expenses. However, I believe in you & what you provide – & enjoy your educational videos & good humour – so I’ll be making a purchase in the next 24 hours.
All the very best, Maureen
