I’m sorry to hear that you could be closing. I love your business and I can’t always buy because I’m a widow and now live in an apartment so that’s why I can’t always buy. Thanks to all of you for your hard work and your honesty in this video. I’m on your email list and will continue to buy from time to time. The gift card for future purchases is a good idea.
Hope you come out of this stage with a new strategy that takes you forward. Perhaps fewer ads on Facebook et al and more encouragement for each of your 82,000 current customers to invite a friend to join your list with some small but meaningful incentive.

So sorry to hear. Just want to say I would have bought something a few times a year when you have specials on but because the specials didn’t last long enough I missed out. Being on a pension you get paid fortnightly so by the time I get paid your specials are finished. Can’t buy anything till I get paid on Saturday, I have never seen any of your adds on Facebook.
