I’m sorry to hear that you could be closing. I love your business and I can’t always buy because I’m a widow and now live in an apartment so that’s why I can’t always buy. I have shared your site with friends that have a garden and will continue to support you in that way when possible. Good luck and I hope you get a lot of support so you don’t have to close.

Thankyou for reaching out to your email community.
That can’t have been easy.
I’m sure there wouldn’t be one of the 82,000 of us that don’t want to see you thrive in your business!!
I also had no idea that Facebook and Google were biting businesses so hard!!
No wonder they’re worth a motsa!!
I’ll be making a purchase very soon.
I’m considering one of those beautifully crafted birdhouses for a special gift for my son who has a 22 acre property declared habitat for wildlife. 🙂

Thanks to all of you for your hard work and your honesty in this video. I’m on your email list and will continue to buy from time to time. The gift card for future purchases is a good idea.
Hope you come out of this stage with a new strategy that takes you forward. Perhaps fewer ads on Facebook et al and more encouragement for each of your 82,000 current customers to invite a friend to join your list with some small but meaningful incentive.
All the very best for your future.

I am sorry to hear things are so tight atm. I didn’t know FB and Google took such a bite out of businesses! I have just placed a small order which I am looking forward to receiving. Good luck!

Franz - May 20, 2025

I hope the order we placed in some ways helps with your current financial problems
We are pensioners and need to be careful with our finances as well
We also were in business and have had to close shop as well so we can feel what you are going through.
We will continue to support as often as we can.

Cassie - May 20, 2025

Noooo, not another Aussie Business! I can only imagine how hard you all work, this is just heartbreaking. Will be placing an order today.

Robyn - May 20, 2025

So sorry to hear. Just want to say I would have bought something a few times a year when you have specials on but because the specials didn’t last long enough I missed out. Being on a pension you get paid fortnightly so by the time I get paid your specials are finished. Can’t buy anything till I get paid on Saturday, I have never seen any of your adds on Facebook.

Wendy - May 20, 2025

First of all, I’d like to say how sorry I am on your sad news of your company. As I am on a disability pension, I can’t always afford to buy your products, however what products I have bought from you, which isn’t much really,I’ve been very happy with. I would like you to continue with your emails to me, and be able to purchase if I can. I wish you all the best to you and your family and hope and pray your business continues as a success.
