Hi Guys
Deeply moved with the situation you now find yourselves in. It takes guts to be so honest.
It’s certainly heartbreaking when you put your heart and soul into what you know is a goal that also involves the livelihood of your Family that are on this journey together.
I have loved seeing what you put out there for all to see. Your advice is immeasurable for me because I’m not that good at this caper.
I’m on board with an order, and believing others are understanding the position you find yourselves in.
God Bless and keep up true Aussie Spirit, hang in there 👍

It was truly heartbreaking to watch your video. I just want to say that every product I’ve purchased from you has been of outstanding quality. I believe in what you’re doing—it’s clear you’re a family business that genuinely cares about your products and your customers. I’ve just placed another order, and I sincerely hope others do the same. It would be such a loss to see you go.

I love watching your videos and learning new garden ideas and tips. I pray that your business is not another statistic of today’s times. 🫶 🙏 🤞

I had my own business years ago, and as you have said, it looks good on the outside, and people do not realise the effort and money to keep a business viable. I truly hope you can get past this time and have a very bright future.

I made a comment on the hoses and was contacted straight away about my problem, and found out you had a bad batch. You did not hesitate to replace them, and I am ;so grateful for that.

I lost my hubby and best friend in January and am limited financially, but I just purchased your Aussie Gardener Hand Tool collection, and they arrived today. And I am beyond happy with the quality of these tools.

Thank you, Brian and Kaylene, for your great service and quality items that you work hard to supply us here in Aussie land.
I also enjoy watching your informative videos. I have a problem with rodents getting into my compost, but now, thanks to you, I know when I start the next compost to put the mess underneath the pile. Thank you so much for that info./

I will ask you a question via the forum, so looking forward to your response.

Good luck with everything, and I pray you get past the slump and come out even better than before :)

Linda

It’s sad to see an amazing Australian business struggling when now is the time for us to be supporting Australian owned businesses. I have bought only once but shall again as I was so very pleased with all aspects of my purchase. You made it a personal thing not like being another number and profit to large corporation. I do hope you get the support needed to continue your amazing business.

As others have said, stop advertising with Facebook & Google. They are expensive & yield little results. Have you tried sending emails to all your customers which we can then forward on to others we think/know are needing new stuff. Another option is to start a Facebook Group. I have often been stuck with problems & have found nowhere I can ask questions & get answers from more knowledgable people.
At the moment I can’t help out with more purchases as I have nothing I need right now but wish you good luck in promoting this great Aussie business.
From many groups where I am a member we get daily posts from them with new products & ideas which are really helpful & cost them nothing except a bit of time to put the msg together & post it to everyone in the group. This is perhaps your best way to get quicker sales & a group allows you to gather new members without advertising.

Great quality products. Such a shame to hear of the financial issues. Hope you make it through and ditch Facebook taking your hard earned. Have bought plenty over the few years, will buy again today. Cheers

I hope that by appealing to your customers helps you out. It is certainly a difficult task.
I love all the products I’ve purchased from you … pest covers, tarps, compost bins and much more. Your service, blogs and efforts are appreciated and I hope that you will be around for more years to come. A big thankyou.
