I’m so sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing. Your products are top class, the quality, service and help I’ve received from you and your staff has been wonderful.
All my family have received gifts from your range of products, especially your great kitchen scissors.
As far as Facebook is concerned, I won’t buy anything from them, they are way too many scams, and I’ve been bitten a couple of times.

I am so sorry to hear what has happened to you. I wish I could help. I live in SA which is in a record drought. Shops are closing down due to debt etc. I really love your products & you have made me feel like a friend not just a customer. I pray things work out for you lovely people. God bless you all

You can also use facebook for free or have a few giveaways to get emails and let others spread the word with your free facebook promos.
I have made a purchase, but never forget the definition of insanity.
Maybe ask if you can promote your products for free on some community pages.
I am part of a private facebook group call “the healthy patch formula.”
It has 9300 members all into gardening organically as possible and they’ve all payed at least $100 to do a coarse and become a member. You might be able to list some of your products in groups like this.

It’s been a while since I purchased so I’m very glad to get a beautiful reminder of what a wonderful business you have created.
I think I should also mention that I don’t recall seeing any fb advertising however maybe I’ve missed the ‘paid for’ ones due to enjoying the fb group posts.
Hopefully you’re able to trade through to being a profitable business and find a marketing strategy that can work well.
