I have watched your video and my heart goes out to you all. It took courage to make that video and you have my admiration. I also was impressed that you reached out as a family, “United we stand, divided we fall”.
My husband and I had a small business for many years and it was always hard work. We provided a wonderful service, but nonetheless, hard work. Our two sons also helped when they could, which bound us closer together. Today, we remember all the good times we had, not the hardship. So, I appreciate your situation and I will help the best I can. My husband, who has since passed away, was the one who discovered you on the web and over the years have bought some good and long lasting products. I still have a large and demanding garden, so I will dig deep.
All the best to you all, have faith and courage and don’t give up your dream.
I will visit my garden shed tomorrow and let it speak to me. I will be in touch.

Have just watched your video and am so sorry to hear your predicament. I have always been happy with the products I have purchased and have spoken to the lovely Mark for advice on a few occasions. I love it that you are a family business and although I have just received an order from you this week, I will jump onto your website to see if there is something else I can purchase to help you out.

In fact the first item I purchased from your store was the power planter and a pack of the garden gloves which I still use to this day. It was the best purchase I ever made. From you over the past couple of years and am always impressed with the quality, advice and service from you. I agree with many others – ditch fb adverts. I’ve tried with my own small business and it’s so expensive for very little return. I think that your community here will continue to support you all and to be really honest, everyone is just overwhelmed with social media and the emails. I get 1 a day from one particular company 😩. Your emails always catch my eye because they are informative and you are always happy. Good luck!

Hey Brian and Kaylene, sorry to hear the business is struggling and was horrified to hear how much the tech giants are taking. Agree with other comments here to ditch the FB ads. Also suggest you set Aussie Gardener as a negative keyword in Google so it doesn’t provide a clickable ad when someone knows who they’re searching for. You’re paying for clicks that should be free. All the best, I hope things turn around for you.

I am sorry to hear of your predicament. I sure hope you can hang in there. I have purchased at lot of your products and love them, the last being the insect cover frames. All your products are of a very high quality. Drop FB completely. I would prefer email any day. I love your videos and have learnt so much about seed planting, soil preparation and all those handy little hints. Please don’t give up. Wishing you all the very best.
