Hey Brian and Kaylene, sorry to hear the business is struggling and was horrified to hear how much the tech giants are taking. Agree with other comments here to ditch the FB ads. Also suggest you set Aussie Gardener as a negative keyword in Google so it doesn’t provide a clickable ad when someone knows who they’re searching for. You’re paying for clicks that should be free. All the best, I hope things turn around for you.

I am sorry to hear of your predicament. I sure hope you can hang in there. I have purchased at lot of your products and love them, the last being the insect cover frames. All your products are of a very high quality. Drop FB completely. I would prefer email any day. I love your videos and have learnt so much about seed planting, soil preparation and all those handy little hints. Please don’t give up. Wishing you all the very best. I will reassess my budget in a couple of weeks 👍

Thank you so much for all these kind words today. We really needed the encouragement that has been coming through.
So far 529 wonderful souls have placed orders today which is greatly appreciated.

I’m so sorry to hear of your predicament and the costs of advertising on social media. I often share with others about your business but obviously the costs far out way the profits. I’ll make some purchases now.
All the best for your business.

I’m very sad to hear of your financial situation.
I came across your company on goggle.
I have always been happy with the products and support I have received from your team when I have ordered or asked questions.
I have also recommended your products to friends and family.
I dont want to see another Aussie company go down the drain. I will definitely order more products next week to support your company.
Good luck 🤞🏻

I get great value out of your tarps.
You saw me last year at Claire Oliver’s.
The tarp was being used as a shelter.
Still use the tarps at my local market.

Great products.
Roy

So sorry to hear this. I have told many people including those in our garden club how good you guys are and what great products you have. I agree with others, drop Facebook, it is useless, I am happy to get your emails anytime.
I will see if I need anything else at the moment.
All the best guys,
Loraine

Sorry to hear the news of your struggling business. I have bought a number of products from you and love them. I am a pensioner now and things are a bit tight. I only ever buy from your emails not website or FB ads. Good luck to you and your family

So sorry – everything I have purchased from you is of fabulous quality and my family gets many as gifts.
Will have another look around. Love my hose.

This is an outstanding effort, and I am sure it was a hard video to make. You are being realistic and trying to stop what is becoming an ever-increasing slide into insolvency for you.
Leave Facebook and Social media is my advice. Get that advertising bill down radically. Seek professional help.
“Diversify or die’ my father always used to say. I look at every email I get from you. Dreams are made, plans worked out, but I can’t afford most of what I see. The bind
is, no money and quality Australian products are not cheap. Sometimes the postage is as much as the product, which says “I’ll get it myself when I go into Bunnings”.
I wish you the very best with your endeavours. I will go and see what I can purchase today; every little bit helps.
