The other thing that might really help, considering the cost of ads, is people who have bought from you and do trust you share links to your fb or website. Then you get me customers in the door. FB ads are scams a lot of the time, and that stops people buying from the ad. So… Share in garden or landscape groups that you are in, you CAN help without even spending any money 💜

Really sorry to hear this. In these difficult times. I hope customers will rally around you.
I will make a purchase now but will try to be a regular buyer. I love your products and what I have ordered has been great quality. I love getting your emails but don’t pay attention to Facebook etc.
Wishing you all the best.

Hi Guys
I’m so sorry to hear of your predicament. I’ve been wanting a Dream Hose for a while now but held off due to budget. Your budget sounds much worse than mine, so I’m happy to help such a great Aussie business out. I’ll jump online now to order one. Good luck I hope this video works I’d hate to see your business close. 🤞

I, like many others, are sad to hear of your current plight. I agree with a lot of the comments insofar as I am not prompted to buy anything by seeing an ad on Facebook. I am more likely to do so from the emails that I am sent. I am going to have a look now and purchase something as I agree with your comments. The products are great quality and actually work and last a heck of a lot longer than junk sold at other stores. Best of luck in this as we don’t want to see you go.

Sorry to hear your business is struggline. Don’t bother with ads on social media – most people rarely pay any attention to them, they are just annoying. The only one that attracted my attention was your aprons – I ended up buying one for my mother and one for me (love it). Mum loved hers and bought one for my sister in law. Since then I’ve returned and looked at the site and bought other items when I’ve been able.
Maybe we all need to follow you on your social media pages rather than you advertising. We can also use word of mouth to promote your business.

Hallo Brian, Kaylene, Ashley, Jimmy

Good evening lovelies. Im so sorry to hear this news but also happy to hear you’re not giving up. The products we’ve purchased have been wonderful for our “suburban off grid” and growing and making our own everything almost. Thank you for all your hard work and I’m about to checkout for some more items too. Stay strong, have faith. My family and I Shelly be praying for you all and all your customers too. God bless and keep you all. Much love peace and joy to you all. Amen. 🙏❤️😀🕊️

It’s so sad to hear of another Aussie business struggling. Unfortunately, with the way things are at the moment, almost everyone is struggling to make ends meet, which would reduce sales everywhere.
While I can’t make a purchase today as my last pay is already gone, I will make one later this week when I get paid again. I’m setting up a huge vegetable patch to reduce my grocery costs, and while I already have your potato bags coming out of my ears, what’s a few more? I’ll look around your website and see if there’s anything else I could use and grab it too.
I hope things turn around for you. The customer service and item quality have always been outstanding.

I am so sorry to hear this. I love your products. I will purchase something now.

Maree - May 18, 2025

Hi Brian,
As we’re all aware, funds are tight these days. Although I have purchased from you recently, there are many more items I’d love to have, if it was possible financially.
Certainly, I’d be dropping some social media. I always purchase directly from your website and hopefully others will switch to that too. It’s your emails that always prompt me to purchase, not Instagram and never FB!
I hope you have a turnaround after this announcement and can continue to succeed.

Hi guys. It’s so sad to get to this point, and with the economy so crappy. I would like to buy more but as an aged pensioner I don’t have spare cash; therefore I use Zip (which I prefer as it’s just one payment per fortnight) and Afterpay (x 4 equal payments from date of purchase). I won’t touch PayPal from their past devious practices. However fees for these privileges may be more than the effort to maintain, but I’m not alone in needing a pay later option. Keep your chins up – YOU ARE FAR FROM OVER!
